So, I made this tart and ate it for breakfast. Not really. I am just kidding. We ate for dinner. Farmer’s markets are full of fresh vegetables and fruits. I don’t get chance to go to Union Square market, but Jersey city also has a small market compared to NY markets. Every time, I pass by farmers market, I want to stop and buy. Yes, it’s St. Patrick’s day! The day cannot be celebrated without some soda bread. Yesterday while coming from work as I was scrolling through my instagram page; I came across this soda bread recipe, which made me think I have never tried making soda bread. As soon as I went home, I decided I am going to make Irish Soda Bread and luckily I had all the ingredients at home.
This time of the year is always my favorite time. Holiday season means cookie swaps, food bloggers swap and many more things related to food. We are already close to the holidays. I guess its everyone’s favorite time of the year. I just love fall so much. The leaves changing its colors and everything looks orange, brown, mustard, yellow and cherry colored.The cold crisp mornings which makes you want to cuddle your favorite blanket and sleep some more. I can’t believe its fall, time flies really fast. I can’t stop thinking about our awesome trip to France and Italy this year and here we are already ready to celebrate thanksgiving.
